We are proud to make our Homemade beef burgers using Exmoor National Park Mince. Exmoor National Park cattle are selected from breeds that would have traditionally grazed on the moors. Generally slower to mature, they are still raised in small herds on small family farms as they have been for generations. They are hand reared using non-intensive methods and benefit from a high biodiversity structure and varied diet. The incredibly short journey from the field to the abattoir and then to Dennis Family Butchers keeps the carbon footprint of Exmoor Beef to a minimum. The whole process pays respect to the incredible Exmoor National Park by maximising sustainability with the smallest environmental impact, and all while providing meat which is beautifully marbled, tender and succulent. Our burgers are served in a toasted Brioche bun with your choice of salad, pickles and sauces. Why not add a side of our homemade seasoned thick cut chips (Our potatoes are cut fresh, peeled and fried twice ) Chips are seasoned with paprika and a blend of herbs and spices or Just salted / Plain if that’s how you want them
